Information about whether someone has an addiction problem.

Due to the high volume of clients wanting residential treatment, we prefer not to run with empty beds.  As a result, there may be a 3 month wait before clients are eligible to re-apply for treatment under the following circumstances:

  • Client who do not show up and do not call to cancel.
  • Clients unable to meet the clean and sober requirements.
  • Clients who do not confirm their admission date.
  • Clients who choose to leave a program before completing treatment.

Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.  (ie: medical, emergencies, etc.)

HEAD WEAR:  No toques, ball caps or hoods on in dining room, group rooms, lounges or counselors offices. Bandanas, gang related symbols or colors are not permitted.

JEWELRY: No spiked jewelry or chains as these can be dangerous.

SUNGLASSES: Got a doctor’s note?  Forget about wearing them inside the building.

UNDERGARMENTS: Under is where they belong. Tops MUST cover bra straps and pants MUST cover your underwear.

TOPS: Shoulders must be covered. No spaghetti straps.  Make sure necklines do not extend below the line of the armpit.  Also, No exposed midriffs, tops must meet bottoms.

BOTTOMS: Pants and leggings that are too tight are not permitted.

SUGGESTIVE MESSAGES: Watch wording on clothes, hats or jewelry.  No references to sex, racism, drugs or alcohol allowed.  Profanity or derogatory remarks are also not allowed. What is considered suggestive?  Ask your counselor.

SHORTS/DRESSES/SKIRTS: Whatever you wear, MUST reach mid-thigh or lower.  If you're dressed inappropriately, you will be asked to be change.

HOLES & RIPS IN CLOTHING: Clothing that is inappropriate or indecent is not allowed. 

LOW RISE PANTS: Pants must meet tops at the waist.

BAGGY PANTS: Must be secured at the hips with a belt.

FOOTWEAR: Flip-flops and sandals must be safe and appropriate.  Bottom line—counselors decide what is/isn’t appropriate. Close-toed shoes/runners are the safest bet.  NO BARE FEET PERMITTED!

SLEEP WEAR: If it is worn to bed, don’t wear it to group or meals.  This includes undershirts and pajama bottoms.  Slippers are allowed inside the building.

TATTOOS: Visible tattoos should be free of profanity, violence and sexually suggestive phrases or images.  Gang related symbols or advertisement for alcohol, drugs or tobacco products is also not allowed.
