Registered Pharmacy Technician – Part-Time
Required Qualifications:
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

- Extensive computer competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational, time management and record-keeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively liaise with physicians, health care providers, and staff at SJGHEL to ensure optimal patient flow
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work weekend shifts
- Ability to manage telephone inquiries and relays calls and messages as appropriate.
- Ability to updates and maintains master schedules, staffing grids, fills needs, manages, and processes requests for time off in accordance with collective bargaining agreements (CBA)
- Demonstrated ability and flexibility to work independently with minimal supervision.
Assets:
- Bilingual
- Completion of Medical Terminology Course
- Experience in Meditech software application(s)
- Excellent attendance record (records will be reviewed)
Salary:
- $26.142 to 32.679 (hourly)
