Laboratory Accreditation is an ongoing process of assessing health and social service organizations against standards of excellence to identify what is being done well and what needs improvement.
St. Joseph’s General Hospital Elliot Lake (SJGHEL) Laboratory met Accreditation requirements during the assessment conducted on May 21, 2021, and is deemed accredited up to and including October 25, 2025 based on meeting explicit Internal Organization for Standardization requirements (Version 8, December 2019) including:
