Accessing Telephone, Television and Wifi Services
There is no charge for patient phones in our Hospital.
MEDTV 16” HDTV Healthcare Television Rentals can be ordered to enjoy your favourite programs, with several channels to choose from. The cost is $10.00 per day, including taxes. Please fill out the Television Order Form below (or the form can be found in paper format on inpatient units by the Nursing Stations) and call your representative at switchboard (dial extension “0”) for pickup and inquiries. Your representative will be visiting your floor each afternoon between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. Payment is due upon installation, and may be made by VISA, Mastercard, Debit or Cash.
Patients and Guests wishing to access Wifi services may connect to SSID SJGH_Guest. Current passwords are posted throughout the Hospital. Please note that at this time SJGHEL is in the process of upgrading network infrastructure and this free Wifi access is subject to updates or changes in accordance with our technology.
