What We Do

Our Health Initiatives

We offer support to our diverse workplace in the event of an injury/illness and work with our employees in creating a safe return to work or modified work plan that meets their needs and abilities.

Our Wellness Initiatives

We are continuously developing to meet the needs of our hard working staff. As part of our support and respect for employee wellness we offer an Employee Family Assistance Program (EAP) through our partnership with the Homewood Health. We offer programs and information to support employee Health, Wellness, and Workplace Safety needs. We recognize the impact that work related stress can have on employees and our Occupational Health, Wellness and Safety Team is dedicated to mitigating the risks associated with work related stress to improve the health, wellness and safety of our patients and staff.

Our Safety Initiatives

We provide support and access to helpful safety resources to our Joint Health and Safety Committee, and provide education for a safe work environment.
