Our home, St. Joseph’s Manor, opened its doors November 2002, and meets the design standards set be the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
St. Joseph’s Manor strives to provide a home-like environment for the individuals whose daily care requirements are too extensive to be met in other non-acute care environments. Our programs and initiatives are strategically planned and designed to provide dignity, comfort, compassionate care, and quality of life, as we strive to honour of the sacredness of life. We support residents to be as active and engaged to the best of their ability. We welcome their caregivers to be part of our community and we encourage them to continue to be actively involved with their loved one’s care.
St. Joseph’s Manor is an accredited, fully air-conditioned, 64-bed facility divided into two floors, inclusive of 4 veteran priority access beds, and overlooks beautiful Elliot Lake.
