Information for Internationally Educated Nurses

Supervised Practice Experience Partnership

Are you an Internationally Educated Nurse? SJGHEL is thrilled to be an approved partner for the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)'s Supervised Practice Experience Partnership. This partnership provides an opportunity for applicants, currently going through the registration process to become nurses, to participate in a work experience to help complete their evidence of practice and language proficiency registration requirements. Please contact the CNO directly to explore the possibility of being matched to SJGHEL for your supervised practice!

Applicant Eligibility

  • Individuals who have met all CNO registration requirements except for evidence of practice and language proficiency
  • No more than five (5) years has since evidence of practice has expired
  • CNO will contact eligible applicants
