Physiotherapist – Temporary Full-time
Required Qualifications:
- Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing
- Demonstrated knowledge of community resources is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team
- Proven ability to work independently, and prioritize workload

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

- Knowledge of CPO standards of practice and guidelines.
- Knowledge of current health care and privacy legislation.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate the plan of treatment to patients and the interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to monitor patient progress, perform on-going re-evaluations and initiate program changes as required.
- Participate in the discharge planning process to ensure safe, effective, and efficient discharges
- Document assessment findings, clinical impression, treatment plans, and all related physiotherapy intervention and patient outcomes. Maintain an accepted standard of documentation for quality assurance.
Assets:
- Bilingual
- Experience in working with geriatric and adult populations is an asset.
- Excellent attendance record (records will be reviewed)
Salary:
- $47.538 to $53.297 (hourly)
